I have been coming here since I moved to Chattanooga 9 years ago and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car but Quality Tire. They are always there when needed and they have always been upfront with whatever was going on with my car. Any time I have a problem I send my car there and I can always trust that if for whatever reason it’s something they can’t fix they send me to someone they trust.
My girlfriend came in with a flat tire and they did not have the tire new in stock, I was hesitant for her to leave it overnight from experiences at other shops. They found her a lightly used one and had it on within the hour with very minimal charges. These guys put any other shops customer service to shame!
